Samples are shipped UPS Ground. To help defray the cost of the large number of samples we ship, we charge $15 per box of samples. A sample box can contain up to 4 samples. Samples are shipped within 5 working days. Once you have ordered the samples using our form, please call 1-800-338-7481 to arrange for payment.
