TERMS & CONDITIONS

Quotations: Prices quoted are FOB Factory Outlet.  We supply quotations by phone, e-mail or fax. Please fill out our inquiry form completely so we can quote a delivered price.

Shipping:  All merchandise is shipped directly to the purchaser via common carrier or package delivery service. Orders shipped by common carrier (trucking company) are shipped on pallets in order to prevent damage. 

Shipping charges: Shipping charges are quoted separately.

Samples:  A small set of samples will be sent for the fee specified in the offer.  If the sample request is substantial, an additional charge may be required. The cost of the samples will be credited as a payment against your order.

Availability: Many of the goods offered in the Factory Outlet are available in only limited supply.  All offers are subject to final confirmation and the goods being available at the time the order is confirmed.

Clearance Items: Items marked for clearance are sold “as is”, without warranty.

Payment: Payment in full is required prior to shipment. We accept MasterCard and Visa, payment by wire transfer and certified checks.  Personal or business checks must clear our bank before goods are shipped.

Damage: Merchandise damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the freight carrier. The buyer must inspect all packages to be sure that the goods have not been damaged in transit.  If the goods have been damaged in transit, the buyer must either refuse the goods or note that the package has been damaged when signing the receiving form

Return Policy: International Hardwood Flooring will accept returns for up to 30 days from receipt of order. The buyer must obtain a return authorization from our office prior to returning any goods. There is a 25% restocking charge in addition to return freight expenses. Credits are issued after the goods have been received, inspected and found to be in condition acceptable for resale.
